Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams

In 1999 I dedicated my life to helping heal humanity and thus began my journey of personal healing and training to help others. My goal in life is to empower Women and Teens to love themselves unconditionally.

I first discovered the work of Louise Hay in 1999. I had worked with the teachings and principals found in her books independently. When I discovered there were workshops being taught based on her philosophies I knew this was something special and powerful I just had to do for myself. Attending the “Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams” 2 day workshop was phenomenal! By the end of day two I had released all my physical aches and pains. There was an over whelming since of peace within me. Being a person used to meeting demands, I had forgotten what true peace and harmony felt like. When I returned home to my life as I knew it I was surprised to experience an immediate change in my personal relationships with family.

Following my training as a Heal Your Life workshop leader, I now provide workshops and practical skills designed to help you gentle go with in, clear and release the blocks holding you back. The results create a personal transformation, bringing about a sense of inner peace, self confidence, and an ability to achieve your dreams.

In addition to the Heal Your Life® work, I offer services in the area of natural health, incorporating several modalities for the Mind, Body and Spirit! These Include: Spiritual Counseling, Reiki and Nutritional Programs
